 Cazhuma Tours, along with the Simon Bolivar Spanish School in Cuenca, offers programs in which you can study one of the most important languages spoken in the world and experience to travel with other students that just like you want to practice and learn more Spanish while traveling and getting to know other people from all over the world. You also have the option to stay at host families so that you can have a complete Spanish immersion, we try to match your needs by assigning you a host family after we hear about your suggestions and questions about them.
The Simon Bolivar Spanish School in Cuenca offers different programs:
We specialize in individual lessons, and therefore we have availability for individual lessons for the whole year. One to two lessons and Group lessons are subjected to availability

We have 2 schedules, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Morning session starts from: 8.30 AM to 12.30 PM. Afternoon session starts from 2.00PM to 6.00 PM
Group activities every day: 6.00 PM to 7.00PM
Price per week for one to one Spanish lessons: 20 hours a week, which is 4 hours per day, it´s: $200
Price per week for one to two Spanish lessons: 20 hours a week, which is 4 hours per day, it´s: $120
Price per week for group Spanish lessons: 20 hours a week, which is 4 hours per day, it´s: $90
The cost of individual lessons is: $10.00 USD an hour, $ 6 USD the hour for lessons in pairs, and $ 4,50 USD the hour for lessons in groups. These prices are per hour per person, in case that you want to have some extra or less hours.
This includes unlimited Internet usage and the group activities such as salsa lessons, club conversation, cooking lessons among other interesting activities. Also, materials used in class like copies or extra hand outs are included. If you stay for more than a week, you get a free city tour around the city of Cuenca too.
Registration fee: $20
Includes your textbook, where you will find all the contents that you will review with your teacher, also well give you a map and a notebook
Accommodation: We offer high quality host family lodging:
Price per week (7 days, 6 nights) for family stay is $ 140.Each extra day costs $ 20.00.
This includes 3 daily meals and laundry.. We highly recommend the home stays too. You’ll have a family that can help you to practice your Spanish, they’ll contribute to make you feel at home and besides all that, they will be a big part of all the cultural experience that you’ll have while living in Cuenca.
