Quito City Tour
At the beautiful City of Quito we will find cathedrals, elegant old mansions, interesting museums, plazas and parks, and is filled with street markets selling a wealth of Ecuadorian jewels, arts and crafts.
About a 30 minute drive north we will visit "La Mitad del Mundo" where we will visit different historical areas. In the afternoon, we have the chance to explore the ethnological museum located at the monument complex inside of the equator line, the place on earth that divides our planet in two hemispheres.

 After our arrival to the city of Quito, we will see more of the city and its history during a Full day city tour of Quito. We will visit the most important historic, cultural and architectural attractions of the town like the stone-carved facade of Ecuador's House of Congress depicting scenes from Ecuadorian history; Independence Square, with the Presidential Palace and the Cathedral. Visit the church of La Compaņia , with its breathtaking gilded altars, considered the finest example of baroque art in America and the church and monastery of San Francisco. For a panoramic view of Ecuador's capital city we go to the top of Panecillo Hill.
